I provided ABA therapy to autistic children between the ages of 2-6. I followed the programs written by the BCBA. I ran trials, collected data to monitor and graph progress, contrive situations for manding, paired myself as a reinforcer, wrote home notes, helped with life skills (tooth brushing, potty training, meal times, etc), and social skills. I picked items from pods to check quality and quantity. I used an overhead scanner as well as a hand scanner to scan the items. I then placed items into totes which would later be sent down the line to be packaged.I was trained to do simple bin count which is the basic form of inventory. I counted how many items were in each bin that I was assigned. If the amount I counted was not what the same as the amount in the system then I had to remove each item individually to ensure no errors were made then put them back individually as well to confirm the count.I was asked to occasionally help fill in for a supervisor role on days they would be gone. I had to use a laptop to check the group chat with other supervisors and higher management to get what needed to be done that night. I had to assign stations to my team. I had to go check on my team at their stations and help them overcome any barriers that was preventing them from making rate, whether this meant switching them to a different station or into a different role or giving them an extra break to go to the bathroom or get medicine or water if needed. I had to coach new employees on speed and quality. I ran contests to increase productivity.

I opened the store for cashiering and drive thru. Opening included setting up the bakery display case, setting up the drink station, the drive thru station, the expo stations basics for the morning rush, the dining room, and the packaged goods line. Through out the shift I would take orders at the register and serve for dine in, take out, and drive thru. I took calls on a multi-line phone system for call ahead orders as well as handling complaints. Customer service was our top priority, using language such as "it'd be my pleasure" when assisting guests, as well as offering them anything extra we could to keep them content if something went wrong with their order. I had to package goods and cycle them out with the first in first out system and check that daily to get rid of any that expired. I performed deep cleaning daily and routine cleaning to ensure a tidy workspace environment.I was promoted to trainer within my first week of employment, chosen by the trainer from corporate from the grand opening. I had to train people despite being understaffed and having no prior notice.
