Taking a leading role in the weekend handling on one of the company’s largest accounts – ensuring the smooth running of approximately 250 routes are completed by approximately 150-175 separate couriers within a specific deadline. Also dealing with, and reporting information to the internal and external Management Teams.Taking bookings from customers – ensuring all details are taken correctly and efficiently whilst adhering to Customer Service objectives throughout. Tracking all jobs through from Collection to Delivery ensuring that the service provided is kept within the customers agreed SLA.Dealing with driver calls when problems or issues arise with regards to a Collection or Delivery and dealing with them in a timely and effect manner.

Headed up one of the companies top 20 accounts – being their first point of contact for any queries, logging all financial contracts that come in to us to ensure that an accurate record of the status of each deal is kept so that a range of data can be reported at short notice as and when required.Creating and maintaining a database for this customer to ensure that all information regarding each contract is to-hand. Also ensuring that timely and accurate reports are able to be run as and when required. I was tasked with creating a specific Process Guideline for this customer, to ensure that colleagues would be able to run this account due to absence or for training purposes. Prior to the above, the main day-to-day role consisted of checking over new customer finance contracts when they come into the company to ensure that they have been completed correctly and are legally binding. The contracts are then input in to the computer systems, to ensure prompt payments are made to the supplier within the same-day time scale, and we can start collecting rentals for the equipment, so an eye for detail and a 'get-it-right-first-time' attitude was a must.
