While working on my bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University, I was simultaneously working to become an officer in the Army through the Army ROTC program. While in the ROTC program I held the position of Executive Officer. In this position I was able to refine my leadership, communication, project, and time management skills. During my last term I completed a capstone project for the Industry of Physical Therapy, and I have become knowledgeable about the profession as a whole. I have successfully completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an option in Pre-Physical Therapy and a minor in Military Science. Additionally, I commissioned into the Oregon Army National Guard as a Second Lieutenant. I am hoping to gain clinical experience before applying to Physical Therapy Schools.
