I am an experienced facilitator who is passionate about creating transformational systems change, advocating for equity and justice within organizations and our broader society, and empowering people to see themselves as agents of change. I thrive in collaborative environments and one of my biggest joys is working alongside and leading teams that are empowered to bring their big visions and ideas to the table in order to tackle complex challenges. Whatever I'm faced with, I use my facilitation skills to create an environment where people feel safe and supported to show up as their full selves. I was born and raised in the Kootenays and have an affinity for small towns. I've lived as a settler on the territories of the Lekwungen-peoples (now known as the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations) and the W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations for the past 8 years, and spend my free time wandering through the woods, exploring the Salish Sea on my boat, Sperrin, and slowly getting through the stacks of books scattered throughout my house.
