Aligned to Dow Agrosciences, my role in Global Ag Production Support, GAPS, is to provide technology improvements and product support for the production facilities at the Pittsburg site. I am a subject matter expert in engineering for two of the plants on site. I provide research support by conducting lab bench to small pilot plant scale experiments, and connect operations to the technology center and research and development groups. I lead projects aimed at reducing manufacturing costs, improving product quality, and enhancing plant performance.
