Throughout my career, I’ve found that building mutually beneficial relationships is the key to success in driving results and change. As a LinkedIn member, I’m interested in exchanging ideas and information to better serve both my company and customers. Perhaps we can collaborate and share informal networking advice, guidance and contacts across all facets of matrixed & virtual leadership, strategic planning, corporate culture creation and global business operations. Topics of interest include how to: maximize business wins and achieve previously insurmountable barriers by driving the development of strategic plans and skillfully executing in diverse global environments; quickly create cultures of commitment and action by developing roadmaps to success and aligning innovative solutions; consistently deliver successful outcomes during times of crisis, uncertainty, and under the most challenging financial scenarios. Projects we can discuss: exceeding “believed to be impossible” results by leveraging competitive spirit, and a passionate love of business while working with diverse groups of stakeholders; serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for executive leadership team, association members, government officials, international partners and departmental teams; motivating and engaging individuals and groups into dedicated teams driven to achieve aggressive goals and objectives. It's always helpful to interact with other open-minded professionals both in and outside personal areas of industry expertise. So, please feel free to do so either via LinkedIn message or at annamvitak@yahoo.com should you also see a benefit in professional networking and exchange.
