I worked at Glasgow Uni for 3 years as a living support assistant and then a senior living support assistant after being promoted during the pandemic. I was responsible for mental health crises first response, first aid and all repairs/inquiries when I was on duty. The job also required training other LSAs, problem solving, event planning and compiling reports of all events. We uploaded reports to IVANTI and assigned jobs accordingly, with care in regard to GDPR for sensitive issues.
