• Managing a caseload of high profile clientele• Understanding the clients requirements for specific upcoming events• Gathering all the necessary information from the client• Sourcing and researching prime locations to hold different events• Developing and planning a number of large scale events• Creating briefing documents for the operations team• Working closely with exhibition and national show organizers, contractors and suppliers • Dealing with any client queries• Keeping the client up to date on the process of the event• Ensuring adequate staff and equipment are available for events• Entering events into an internal data base and updating the shared planner• Preparing quotes and managing budgets for events• Preparation and dispatch of all invoices and purchase orders for the clients• Creating promotional material for large business events• Assisting the operations team in ensuring the required equipment is taken to each event• Assisting with direct marketing initiatives and promotional activities
