As a member of the Sg2 Executive Team, I handled all aspects of Talent for the organization, including human capital strategy, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits and compensation. Led the Sg2 side of the acquisition/integration for all HR related processes through two acquisitions/integrations to date. I have a balanced approach in dealing with all levels of the organization. I leverage my knowledge and experience in employment laws with a consultative approach to employee relations issues, policies and procedures. I recognize the importance of sustaining employee performance and use an integrative approach to build, improve and create solutions. I led the organization through the HR portion of the due diligence process several times until officially acquired in September 2014 (and then again in 2016).
