Maximizer is a software company based in Chatswood. My duties there include order processing, creating documents, invoicing, administering software licences and managing customer support agreements, maintaining customer records, general sales support, liaising with business partners, mail and answering the phones for all departments of the company.

Steensen Varming is an engineering consultancy practice based in Northbridge. My duties there included photocopying and binding engineering plans, mail, filing, keeping the office supplied with both stationery and kitchen supplies as well as catering for all in house office meetings /functions. The role also involved keeping their professional library updated, and relief reception.
