I began working as a Light and Sound Engineer during my time at Parklands Academy whilst studying for my GCSE exams. After Secondary School, I continued my freelance career whilst studying a Level Two Diploma in Music Production and Live Sound Events at the British Institute of Modern Music in Manchester. Whilst at BIMM I worked with amazing industry standard equipment and spent my free time producing new and upcoming bands in the North West. I organised and held many live music events in Manchester and I managed a Manchester based rock band! As well as this, I worked as a Sales Executive at Clarks for over two years where I won 'Sales person of the month' on multiple occasions.After graduating at BIMM, I moved to London to pursue my career and get more experience in the industry. I worked as a Barista at Starbucks and as an Events Assistant at St Georges Hill Lawn Tennis Club before working as an Audio Assistant at Plus 4 Audio. Whilst at Plus 4 Audio, I provided technical support for some of the biggest shows of 2023 such as Love Island, The National Television Awards, The Mercury Awards and Strictly Come Dancing. My time at Plus 4 really enhanced my technical skills and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this company. Due to family commitments, I moved away from London and back to Manchester where I worked part time as a Booking Agent for local artists. I also had a Sunday evening Radio Show on Radio Xtra.In December 2023, I began working for Kwik-Fit as a Customer Care Consultant. Within this role I have found myself building my confidence and self esteem. I have increased my ability to work problem solve under pressure and really enhanced my project management skills. Whilst in this position I have built up a strong foundation of organisational skills and really push myself to resolve issues to the best of my ability. I was also awarded 'Employee of the Quarter'.
