After an exciting career in the United States Air Force, I joined the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. It was an honor to serve the TJJD as an Intake Officer, Grievance Coordinator, Human Resource Specialist, and various other Correction responsibilities. I transitioned to Adult Corrections in 2012 as a Restrictive Housing Officer. Community service during this time consisted of working with the Family Assistance programs for Charlie Company, 1-501st Parachute Infantry Regiment in Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska, and Task Force 2, Operations Group, Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Currently I serve the State of Kentucky as a PREA Compliance Manager and Recruitment Retention Officer.
