Board certified geriatrician with extensive experience in outpatient, inpatient and telecare for older adults. She began her geriatric practice directly from fellowship and multiple programs at Memorial Hospital System of South Florida to improve the care of older adults: the Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) unit, the Geriatric Fracture Program, the Geriatric Emergency Room and the Geriatric Patient Advocacy Program. She continues to work for the system as chair of Memorial Healthcare System's Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. She is well versed in process improvement, quality metrics and value-based managed care systems. She is passionate about improving the cognitive and physical functioning of older adults and any research involving healthy and successful aging.
