Project Coordinator
- Support the Director of Residential and (3) superintendents on various jobs.
- Attended weekly owner meetings with the design team, homeowner, and any required subcontractors.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and monitor their work on projects.
