Class teacher responsibility maintained alongside leadership responsibility for maximising standards, attainment and progress for all pupils through monitoring, support and development of teachers and support staff within the six classes of the phase. Additional responsibilities included: Leading school improvement within the leadership team; writing across the school including support, mentoring and development of subject leader; maths, reading, and writing Lesson Study; reading development across the school; national testing preparation, attainment, progress and data analysis (KS1/2 SATs, Phonics, MTC); creativity lead and wider opportunities.

Full time class teacher with responsibility for leading on Yr2 SATs preparation, attainment, progress and data analysis for all pupils in Yr2. Responsible for raising attainment in maths across the school through monitoring and development of maths learning and teaching, and robust data analysis.

Full time class teacher with responsibility for monitoring and developing the teaching and learning in geography across the school including developing links with other cultures, looking at creativity in foundation subjects, and developing a School Travel Plan.

Full time class teacher with responsibility for monitoring and developing the teaching and learning in PSCHE across the school including writing a new scheme of work, working with the School Council, and developing work across the school to support and achieve the Healthy School Award.
