Selected a panel of national asbestos experts and developed the scientific charge questions to be addressed at the workshop.-Actively involved in the re-assessment of asbestos toxicity as it applied to scientific research, policy decisions and regulatory impact analysis. -Conducted a Risk Assessment of the flood related risks at the Los Alamos National Laboratory following the Cerro Grande fire (Interagency Flood Risk Assessment Team). Evaluated surface water and sediment transport of contaminants and conducted a risk assessment of the radiological and chemical run off to the Cochiti Reservoir. The risk assessment involved State and Tribal partners as well as experts from the Los Alamos National Laboratory.-Represented EPA at public meetings to share information regarding the interagency response to the Los Alamos National Laboratory Fire. -Conducted inspections of industrial facilities and evaluated compliance with the regulations. Conducted multimedia inspections evaluating RCRA, CAA and CWA.
