I commenced firstly in Moy Health Centre in January 2012 and I worked full time during the summer months. I then went on to work full time in the Stewartstown Health Centre during the summer months of 2013. Within this job I have developed my organisational, public management and confidentiality skills. I have developed my time management skills further and have adapted successfully to a very busy, high demand job. The people skills I have developed will help me within my career. In the Health Centre, I answer telephones as well as dealing directly with the public at the front desk. I also do the filing, typing and scanning for a specific practice as well as sort the incoming and outgoing post. These tasks have furthered my multi-tasking skills greatly.

Armagh Simply Food Store

While working as a customer assistant, I received employee of the month and numerous 100% mystery shop awards for my excellent customer service. I also received the first ever 100% mystery shop customer service award for the Armagh simply food store. I was the chief coordinator of the charity team helping to organise numerous events. We held a charity event for the Niamh Louise Foundation in which I was a key speaker. I also helped raise money for MacMillan Cancer and Action Cancer. I developed my multi-tasking skills while working at M&S, as I worked in the office managing the food stock, worked on the shop floor and in the cash office, which reflects my trustworthy, honest and hardworking nature.
