Administrative Duties: • Operate office equipment, such as voice mail messaging systems, use word processing, spreadsheet, or other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, case histories, or medical records.• Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments.• Perform various clerical or administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.• Complete insurance or other claim forms.• Interview patients to complete documents, case histories, or forms, such as intake or insurance forms.Exercise Specialist Duties:• Direct active or passive manual therapeutic exercises, heat, ice, or electrical modality treatments, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. • Administer traction to relieve neck or back pain, using intermittent or static traction equipment.• Communicate with and instruct caregivers or family members on patients’ home therapeutic activities and treatment plans.• Deliberate with physical therapy staff to discuss and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment.• Safely instruct, motivate, or assist patients practicing exercises, under direction of medical staff.• Transport patients to and from treatment areas, using wheelchairs or providing standing support.

• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requests, printing and event security.• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and laws, fulfillment of participants, and resolve any problems that arise.• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients, cooking methods and wine paring. • Write customers food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for kitchen staff.• Attempt to limit problems and liability related issues due to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
