Reorganized, modernized and refactored the curriculum from paper-based medium to an online platform, ensuring complete teaching personnel alignment and automating information transmission to both students and parents. Introduced ‘Library Hours’ an after-hours corroborative teaching program aimed at answering questions, honing problem-solving skills as well as providing students with psychological support as needed. Piloted a digital classroom scheme which combined interactive boards, PowerPoint presentations, video, interactive quizzes and educational material in electronic form. Taught 18 hours per week on average, consistently achieving over 85% entrance success rate to students’ faculties of choice for two consecutive years

Authored own teaching and study material, building upon the standard curriculum to create modular content that is easily customizable to address a variety of student capacities and dynamics.Co-created a regime for gradual integration of migrant children with moderate knowledge of the Greek language into the standard curriculum and preparation for the Panhellenic Exams (similar to A-levels or IB) for University admission. Organic waste management (composting) planning and execution. Design from scratch of both the central organizational axis and all individual implementation parameters: research and procurement of composting bins, citizen information campaigns, program presentation lectures and school education, periodic supervision of proper use, support and troubleshooting.
