Implementing mobile test automation framework and managing automated tests. Designing in-house software for test environment management. Administering CI/CD systems. Leading and mentoring the QA team for growth and development.My key achievements: Built a comprehensive quality assurance process within the mobile, web, and server-side development from scratch, ensuring that high-quality products were delivered to customers. Reduced the time required for regression testing of mobile applications from 1 day to 1 hour by implementing automation and parallelization of test execution and using exploratory testing. Led the transition to high-level test cases, which reduced the time and labor costs (from 8 hours per week to 4 hours) required to support test cases.
