Organised and implemented a part-time practice in Bolt’s Marketing department, namely focusing on Performance Marketing. In this time I learned:- The basics of performance marketing- Managing and optimising campaigns on key online channels (Meta, Google)- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting- Participating in full-cycle creative production- Stakeholder management.I was responsible for a project to create new creatives in order to bring supply. I came up with the idea, collaborated with the stakeholders in order to bring it to life and published it using Facebook Ads on all the active markets.

The role of Customer Support Specialist consisted of a lot of various tasks, much communication and increased attention to detail. The daily tasks included communicating with people from different backgrounds and with different personalities. Such environment has helped me to enhance the skill of putting myself in the shoes of other people while being professional in representing the company I worked at. This position also allowed me to be a strong team member while still having the ownership of my individual work.

Organised, held and took minutes of weekly Client Acceptance Committee meetings. Assisted my colleagues with their queries. Updated an Excel sheet with all the prospects presented to the committee. Created presentations through PowerPoint. Took minutes of a monthly Product Governance Committee meetings. Completed internal workshops on cyber security, compliance, data confidentiality and many more. Helped in answering the due diligence questionnaires for the clients.

Held the position of co-founder of the company Rewynd aiming to produce a sustainable, toiletry subscription with biodegradable single-use pods to reduce plastic waste. The start-up Rewynd was qualified for the final showcase event of the Robert Gordon University (RGU) Accelerator programme where we also gained £10,000 of funding.
