- Preparation of detailed reports and conducting of meetings with sensitive clients, focusing on Double Taxation process and market-specific requirements.- Collaboration with clients in the preparation of Tax Forms and supporting documents, submission to Tax Authorities, and coordination with Tax Authorities for tax refunds.- In-depth knowledge and adaptability to tax regulations across global markets, proactively monitoring changes and updating procedures to ensure compliance.- Handling complex cases, escalations, and direct cooperation with clients, sub-custodians, and Tax Authorities.- Contribution to the development of a new product related to Xceptor, involving the creation of a Business Requirements Document (BRD). Prepered and executed over 200 test scenarios in qTest, resulting in the successful implementation of an efficient product that streamlined team workflow and minimized manual work.- Training and mentoring of new team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Fulfilling the role of security coordinator for the Corporate Action & Tax department, including access requests, collaboration with the security team to ensure appropriate access, and coordination of quarterly/yearly Department's Attestations for product access alignment with employee roles.
