TSS Photography is a volume sports photography company. We take indivdual and team photos of various sports year round, indoors and outdoors. I am responsible for setting up the lights, being accurate with camera settings, and using our software for matching up photos with the childs name. This is not something for every photogapher, it is very fast paced and can be stressful. Keeping a light heart, and understanding each child is different is key. A kind word goes miles, in getting a smile.

Daily entering of payment and applying them to the corresponding invoices for each of our customers. I would need to sort remittance payments, add in any debits taken, before starting this process. Each day I would send out invoices via e-mail to our customers. I worked with the staff accountant as my team lead, in processing check payments, and other questions as they would arise. I was responsible for also creating manual invoices for specific items or needs, and sending them to the customers. After payments were processed, I would then check for past due invoices or amounts and contact the customer in finding a resolution to the outstanding balance, and check to see about pricing differences and communicating with the Customer Service Representative for corrective actions.

A seasonal photography opportunity, I take photographs of the productions for promotion and historical uses. I am not allowed to use a flash, as it diminishes the lighting effects, and can distract the performers. Corn Stock Theater is also a "round theatre", there is an audience on at least 3 sides at all times. This provides a challenge for musicals as performers can be facing all 3 at one time, moving around, and quick to click is needed. But I also must be patient to wait for the right time in other scenes. It is an opportunity I have been looking forward to adding to my portfolio.

As the Digital Operations Auditor, I was responsible for reviewing the many campaigns placed for our clients on many Internet Yellow Page vendors. I used lists we provided to vendors ensuring accuracy of names, address, phone and hours of operation. I managed my time well for the volume of locations to check, and alerted the Product Specialists of any errors I found to be corrected with the vendor. I am leading the way in training interns each semester to assist in the quality check audits for our client locations. This is providing me leadership, training, and accountability skills. Previous: Art Editor responsibilities included proofing yellow page ads for our various clients. I worked to maintain a high level of quality for all clients in proofing all aspects of artwork, for address, phone and template style and publisher requirements. I worked with our IT department to automate the sending of artwork via e-mail to the many publishers and alerted them to changes to be made.
