My name is Anna Morales. I was born and raised in Joliet IL, then moved down to southern IL in my early adulthood. I specialize in automotive/heavy duty trucking parts and service. I have a year of Automotive Technology under my belt and was raised around the industry. This including but not limited to: collision repair, regular vehicle maintenance, full rebuilds of any kind, high performance, etc. Everyday I learn something new in the diesel field, especially working for a Volvo dealer. Working one on one with the technicians and customers has helped me gain a vast and evasive knowledge of the transportation industry and all that it includes. I've also had the opportunity to learn not just about the trucks, but also dabble in the refrigeration end of it as well. I've dealt with Carrier, Thermo King, just about anything that pulls into the shop. Time delegating and being quick and resourceful are just some of the many things I've retained in this field. Between VIN numbers, schematic breakdowns, turning flywheels and cleaning DPF's I've got a long way to go to learn everything but I have been lucky enough just be given the opportunity to dip my toe in this expansive field.
