I am working with a newer company on the rise, MotivateMD. We design products to assist pre-medical students in applying and getting accepted to medical school. Currently, we offer essay editing, mock interviews, and one-on-one personal advising. In addition to these services, we just rolled out our custom designed pre-med app. It is the only app of its kind out there, and it was designed by former medical students to centralize and organize the application process. I have developed and am currently promoting our Campus Ambassador program, which gives college students credits towards our services and free access to the pre-med app for promoting MotivateMD.

I began my time at Erlanger working as a specimen processor in the main laboratory from August 2012- August 2014. I would answer phone calls and log all specimens received. From August 2014-April 2015, I worked as a unit clerk in the NICU, entering all unit orders, processing acquities, answering phone calls, and stocking the milk room. Finally, I worked as a float pool CNA on 11+ medical/surgical floors from May 2015-July 2016 when I started medical school. As a CNA, I took vitals and drew blood. I also assisted patients with baths and meals.

I assisted Mrs. Emilia Jones in coordinating Erlanger's high school volunteer program. With the help of Mrs. Jones, I set up "lunch and learns" for the volunteers to learn more about different medical specialties.

As an intern, I worked on the campaign of Judge Tom Greenholtz. I participated in various campaign events and well as door-to-door campaigning.

I worked alongside Dr. Panda to organize the UTCOM at Chattanooga undergraduate shadowing program, Medical Explorations. I selected applicants, contacted physicians to participate, and created schedules for selected applicants. I was also in charge of organizing the program orientation and decommissioning.
