She is passionate about of the pursuit of justice and is dedicated to assisting clients to achieve solutions and outcomes through pursuing their legal rights and remedies.Anna has practiced in personal injuries , insurance and commercial litigation since 2000 and has litigated in a range of courts including Queensland's Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and District Court, the Federal Court, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of Hong Kong.Anna has a particular interest in plaintiff law. She prides herself on being able to effectively paint pictures with words to enable insurers to fully appreciate the impact of an injury on her client's lives. In addition, Anna is an Adjunct Senior Teaching Fellow at Bond University where she has authored and lectures the Masters subject Expert Witness and Dispute Resolution.Anna also is the owner of Expert Witness Coach which provides an online course to enable professionals to become effective expert witnesses to better build and protect a valuable additional income stream.This experience has led her to be invited to be a founding board of advisors for the Australasian College of Independent Medical Examiners. Anna is a past President of the Gold Coast District Law Association and remains on the committee.
