    I am happy to share my achievements at Unistellar as of July 2022, before embracing the Head of Customer Care role, I was hired as Customer Success Manager:● Less than 12h average 1st response by Dec 2021 vs 58h in July 2019 when I joined as a Customer Success Manager, to build customer advocacy from scratch. Thanks to the proactive optimization built internally along with the entire team, I'm happy with the -30% decrease in ticket volume by 2021, the same volume as of June 2022… Show more I am happy to share my achievements at Unistellar as of July 2022, before embracing the Head of Customer Care role, I was hired as Customer Success Manager:● Less than 12h average 1st response by Dec 2021 vs 58h in July 2019 when I joined as a Customer Success Manager, to build customer advocacy from scratch. No consultants, no gurus, no bots.● Between Sept 2019 and Dec 2019, I managed the very first Beta Testing Program with a handful of pioneers in Europe and the Americas with less than 100 'scopes in the field. As of June 2022, we've shipped 10 000+ units worldwide and have built an impressive Citizen Science Community. ● I implemented new metrics in Feb 2020, the BtoC satisfaction, i.e. 95%+ average score as of June 2022. Facebook reviews went from 3.8 to 4.4 out of 5 points (awesome job thanks to all the Unistellarians), with 29k+ followers.● I have created 300+ pieces of official comms (FAQ, community updates, newsletters, service information letters/SIL, onboarding messages...) => English content writing and sharing it via social media or mailings to engage and inform our users, see an example below.
