I started as a Territory Manager for Fresenius Kabi covering a Larger Hospital contract and promoting their Enteral Nutrition portfolio throughout West London, Bucks and Berks. I implemented sales strategy through a key account management approach, which included identification and management of key opinion leaders to realise business opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth in line with operating budget. Working closely with Dietitians and Procurement with Clinical Commissioning Groups to influence Gp Prescription of unique oral nutritional supplements. In 2015 I moved into the Parenteral Nutrition Team, with a focus on maintaining and defending incumbent business that, prior to my joining the territory, had been decreasing strongly for two years. Within 18 months my sales of PN grow 30% YTD and new business won from competitor accounts.
