• Manage the content, design, and maintenance of the foundational data that drives YouGov Data Products globally – over 10 million panelists with over 2 million data points collected annually.• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure data meets all clients’ expectations. • Solicit input from key stakeholders to determine project specifications and own research workflows and timelines.• Generate actionable recommendations that integrate consumer insights into one source required for key strategic decisions.• Drive communication and execution of insights across the business in order to continuously measure the success of in-market syndicated data products. • Continue to be an expert on new players, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape to solidify YouGov’s strategic positioning in all markets.• Manage and develop a global team that can be leveraged across various functions and effectively and efficiently deliver on growing the foundational datasets.• Act as a central player in the development of the syndicated data product, YouGov Profiles – currently accounts for $16 million of global revenue – and increasing year over year.

• Designed and prioritized new variables for YouGov Data Products.• Acted as a key point of contact for data-related questions from internal stakeholders and clients.• Designed and implemented the collection of TV viewing data, leading to TV networks becoming key accounts (over $4 million in revenue)• Ensured all research is designed in such a way that it is easily translated into usable insights by a non-technical audience.• Helped build, launch, and sell YouGov Profiles in less than 18 months in the UK, US, and DE – Over 100,000 data points in each country.• Acted as the subject matter expert on all things data.

• Mastered quantitative research techniques, including a deep knowledge of various research methodologies, survey design, deployment, analysis, and presentation.• Worked with clients to design, implement and analyze consumer survey results that answer their business needs.• Presented results, insights and recommendations back to the client in a clear and concise format.• Developed client relationships resulting in significant organic growth (double the originally planned project spend).• Played a central role in a taskforce challenged to deliver a survey design ‘best-practice’ guide, which was rolled out company wide.• Was the lead researcher on an international 6-country, project commissioned by the British Council which was presented and debated in UK Parliament.
