Working with the Ombudsman, Patient and Family Advisory Council, policy database and the Director of IPAC and Quality.

Supported the Board of Directors and Committees to ensure the maintenance of corporate records and compliance with Board policies and processes, and governing documents. Assisted with the set up and implementation of OnBoard, a web based board and committee management tool. Participated on a cross-department team to organize Board and Committee documents. Drafted Board and Committee minutes, proofed and edited documents and correspondence to go to the Board of Directors and Committee members.

- Work closely with the Project Manager on the beverage project, scheduling, documenting and tracking construction and equipment setup for a new state of the art beverage facility.- Create and maintain project schedules, action items, meeting agendas and minutes working with cross-functional teams across the organization.
