I led teams comprised of both teenagers and adults, ranging from 6 to 12 individuals, in the intricate setup of audio, lighting, decor, and various materials for each day's activities. This role taught me the valuable skills of task delegation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
