I was leading the Green Tribe and I loved it. Formally, I managed expectations, project portfolio and planning. By my own desire and choice I exceeded the role of casual project manager. Balancing sales interests and developers yearning for perfection, creating a structure which would be affective but not draining at the same time was exciting for me.
