Coupled with compassion, empathy, respectful professionalism, integrity, and humour, I work well independently or as part of a team.Currently open to consulting work in change management, related to organizational culture, mental health, investigative practices, or other related endeavours, I am a strategic big picture thinker, practiced in knowledge translation and explicit process evaluation, who loves working on seemingly “unsolvable” or “wicked” problems.Teaching and mentoring students over the years has been a great honour and pleasure. I am sincerely grateful to all the amazing young (and older) people with whom I have had the privilege of working with and learning from. I have been on an extended family leave, writing a long overdue PHD dissertation that will be completed in the next month or two, and am excited to be moving on to the next chapter of my life.
