• Manages daily workflow on the floor between incoming calls, supported functions and special projects• Monitors and evaluates the quality of customer service provided by team members, to ensure quality standards, team expectations, department goals, and contractual agreements are being met, as well as the satisfaction and needs of our customers• Develops team members’ skills and ability to improve performance by providing feedback, learning opportunities guidance, regular coaching and training• Monitors department productivity and reports, identifies areas for improvements, creates and implements processes for improved, positive, and productive outcomes• Motivates team members with creative recognition techniques and celebrations• Provides technical guidance, training and staff development for team members• Promotes an excellent, customer-focused environment by managing the professional and effective delivery of quality service to our customers• Reviews, corrects, and submits payroll in a timely manner• Participates in the interview and hiring process of new staff• Collaborates with peers and leadership to review, create, and implement new processes

• Increased store profitability though customer relationship development, community involvement, and business to business marketing• Oversee store’s operating expenses including rent, payroll, petty cash, maintenance, vendor fees, auctions, and other related expenses• Coach, lead, and develop team members to maximize their performance potential • Prepare and analyze company reports and communicate information as necessary to various levels of management• Accurately determine and approve loan values based off a comprehensive vehicle appraisal• Ensure audits are thorough and sufficient in order to address any issues with compliance, legal or operations
