I have worked in roles across the organisation, but have particularly focused on customer success, end-user engagement and product development.I have been fortunate to be the Project Director for a range of landmark initiatives across AccessAble’s client portfolio, including members of the FTSE 250. I am our Board champion for our work across healthcare and have been honoured to work alongside our NHS trust partners for over a decade. Our recent partnerships with VisitEngland and VisitScotland offer a hugely exciting opportunity to provide accessibility information across tourism and hospitality like never before. Having had the privilege of working for DisabledGo / AccessAble for almost 10 years I joined the organisation's Board in June 2014. Working alongside our Chair and Founder I shaped and delivered our vision for the future - to bring our information to more of the 20 million disabled people and carers in the UK.Day to day I worked alongside a talented senior management team to ensure we delivered to our ambitions.Passionate about customer and user experience I coached our team of partnerships managers who provide dedicated support for all our clients and build long standing relationships with local disability and community organisations.After a strategic review in 2017 we embarked on a major redevelopment of our brand and service. As the Product Owner during the development of our brand, website and App I worked with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcome for our user community. The launch in 2018 has saw the development and restructure of our marketing team, together with the the commissioning of suppliers who could make a strategic impact to our reach. The launch also saw a series of high profile events and the release of our major survey Accessibility and You, which secured national and local media interest. Show less
