Manage the SOX process, including the risk assessment, fraud risk assessment, and scheduling all internal control testing and meetings. Perform the majority of management's internal control testing and reporting, and review assessments performed by others. Also, participate in the deficiency evaluation process and monitor remediation steps.Assist in Financial Reporting responsibilities, including preparing financial statments and footnotes, and distributing and summarizing representation letters and disclosure questionnaires. Also perform some regular monthly accounting responsiblities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations during month end close.
