Responsible for fundraising for the Go Red for Women campaign through the Go Red for Women annual luncheon gala, including securing sponsorship, and creating strong relationship with executive leaders in the community who could champion the event and the mission of Go Red for Women. Participated in planning, cultivation, and stewardship activities for the Circle of Red giving society, Responsible for implementing national best practices for achieving revenue goals.

Trained hundreds of Rule 114 qualified civil mediators in mediation guidelines and skills, through classroom training, and role play. Led Restorative Justice mediation sessions. Worked as a conflict resolution consultant for local and national organizations to evaluate conflict protocols and custom design dialogues and training to build conflict competency. Learned and utilized Art of Hosting suite of facilitation techniques, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) to assist clients in re-imagining their teams and organizations. Helped organizations establish communication and conflict resolution protocols which they implemented throughout their organizations.Responsible for all fund development activities including cultivating relationships with civic, faith, corporate, and individual donors, grant writing, and sponsorship solicitation. Built strong relationships with board members, provided board training on fundraising methods. Responsible for planning and executing all annual event logistics including coaching speakers.
