Responsibilities• Sourcing and managing technical and creative teams. Organising contracts and payments • Organising resources and facilities required for production• Planning and managing budgets, production plans and timetables• Collaborate with creative, technical teams and production stakeholders. Maintaining effective communication between stakeholders. Providing reports and evaluations of production completion. Ensuring production meets outlined objectives • Develop funding proposals and secure funding• Identifying dependencies, risks and creating contingency plans to mitigate these. Adapting plans in response to the arising issues• Developing content alongside a creative team.
