In 2013 I joined Siemens Sweden as a sales representative and in 2015 I was promoted to Operations Manager for Siemens Sweden, where I was responsible for managing the company's operations and production activities to ensure that they are carried out in an efficient and organized manner. During my leadership, I redesigned production processes to improve productivity and product quality, reduce waste and lower costs. Helped customers solve operational and production issues to improve productivity and product quality.In 2017, I joined the Americas team management as Associate Director of Nordic Operations.In 2022, moved to Seattle as Chief Operating Officer.
