The EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme (METP) is a four-year intergovernmental cooperation project between the EU and China in the field of international trade. The programme will enhance business expertise by developing top leaders of European and Chinese background. Part of the programme was studies at CEIBS and UIBE to develop fluent Chinese. This target and many others were achieved. Continous meetings with the Delegation of the European Union to China and with MOFCOM, The Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and leading companies established on the Chinese market.

Building partnership between Changxing (CX) and The Kalmar County, supporting setup of representative office of CX in Sweden. Results from Israeli contacts: investor setting up major real-estate project in Mörbylånga Municipality.Project Manager Project Manager of China Baltic Sea Business Forum- a business arena with the aim to promote and support business relations between the Baltic Sea Region and the Yangtze River Delta Region (YDR), China. Participation from Sweden, Estonia, Poland (and other countries) and approximately 40 companies from YDR. Besides matchmaking, partnership meeting and seminars, press conferences and study visits were also arranged. The Forum is being held on a yearly basis, once in YDR once in BSR.I have been a driving force in the partnership between Changxing Municipality, China and the Kalmar Region, Sweden, from 2004-2009, when I have also been closely in contact with Changxing representative, Jue Wang, and the Board of Changxing Municipality.Education ManagerManager for The Regional Council’s education. Development a business model for training of all public staff in the Kalmar Region. The business had a substantial growth and contributed to better public service. I set up training, lectures, leadership programmes. I was the manager of a team of 7, setting goals and managing the team. Quality development, developement of computerbased administration programmes was also part of my role.
