The Snap Café is a busy café-restaurant located in Ho Chi Minh City. I was responsible for managing all the marketing and events. I created the marketing plan, managed the social media and all aspects of the email marketing - email campaigns, landing pages and email database. I coordinated all the events and pop-up stores, including designing marketing collateral.

Destination Asia is a Destination Management Company that focuses on high-end travel for international tour operators. I was an Account Manager for Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing and Events. I was the key contact point for clients, and managed whole programs from the initial planning stages, budget management, program operations through to invoicing. I trained new MICE employees and managed junior team members' programs, assisted with problem solving and client services. I also regularly traveled on international sales trips representing the company.

Saigon Sports Academy was a privately owned multi-sports training company. I developed the marketing strategy, designed all the marketing materials and managed the email marketing. I managed all aspects of the company events, including sourcing and maintaining relationships with sponsors. I managed the office staff and implemented systems to improve office efficiency, including invoicing and database management.

The Australian Chamber of Commerce is a foreign business group that represents interests of Australian businesses operating in Vietnam. I was responsible for organising all the company events, including 3 major events per year, seminars and monthly networking events. I sourced Event Sponsors and built long term relationships. I managed the Events Team, including training and appraisals. I created and analysed Members Surveys and compiled monthly reports to present to the Board of Directors.

A Mumford Events specialises in corporate event management for completely bespoke events. I developed sales leads and assisted with production management of events, from 20 to 6,000 people. I assisted with theme decoration and set design for events and managed catering companies and multiple contractors. I developed and managed an effective props filing system for the warehouse.

House of Fraser is a department store across the UK and Ireland. I managed the delivery schedules for two departments, allocated stock to 60 stores, monitored weekly sales performance and conducted store visits. I created and maintained strong supplier relationships and assisted the Merchandiser with forecasting stock and sales to maximise profits. I categorised the sample cupboards and arranged product samples for photo shoots and range reviews.
