With over ten years of experience in sales and marketing roles in the hospitality and tourism industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented professional who strives to deliver exceptional service and value to my clients and partners. I currently work as a National Association Sales Manager at Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB), where I am part of a team of sales representatives and coordinators who are on a mission to create spaces for likeminded people to learn, fellowship, and make memories thru experiences, with Little Rock as the destination backdrop. In turn generating revenue and bookings for the city's convention center, hotels, and attractions.In my previous roles, I have successfully lead teams that have successfully increased sales, occupancy, and revenue for various properties, including Little Rock Marriott and Holiday Inn Presidential-Little Rock Downtown, by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research and analysis, negotiating contracts and rates, managing customer relationships, and overseeing event planning and execution. I have also demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a keen understanding of the hospitality industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. My goal is to continue to grow and excel in my career, while contributing to the success and reputation of LRCVB and the city of Little Rock.
