Results- Effective launch and business development of the new category Action Cam, where after the first year Sony Nordic achieved the highest market share within Sony Europe in this segment. Sony Nordic’s current M/S is 13% vs the European average M/S is 4% (GFK records).- Business development by implementing a “One Sony” strategy to team up with both Sony Mobile and Sony Music to generate over 100% additional business vs. the fiscal year budget. The strategy was scaled to be the target guideline on a Pan European level for 2015.- Successfully developed the action cam business into the Telecom channel, including sales strategies, ATL and BTL implementations. Strongest Sony action cam achievement within Sony worldwide, where the success was confirmed by Sony HQ in Tokyo.
