Managing financial controllers group of a $4 billion infrastructure investment fund with complex structure consisting of 25 fund level partnerships, feeders and blockers, and over 400 investors. Prepare US GAAP financial statements. Create excel-based partner allocation schedule, carry allocations, trial balances, fund- and investment level IRRs. Liaise with investor services, cash management, corporate reporting, tax and asset management team as part of the fund’s day-to-day operations.

Participate in audit planning, organizing the engagement, identifying major audit risks, developing and performing audit procedures tailoring to the identified risks, completing test work on all material accounts on the balance sheet and income statement for the major investment company with over 25 private equity/hedge funds.

Performed daily cash flow management, financial reporting and analysis, bank reconciliations, and booked month end journal entries. Responsible for all corporate expenses and service contract payments.
