Lead QA Engineer – Responsible for leading all test phases for IGP / GLV(transportation system) Project as well as RFID(Inventory) Project for BR Stores. Managed and prioritized during each phase defects, testing cycles and development code deployment. Worked closely with PM to align and deliver a project test schedule. Followed project methodology, and was responsible for managing all of the testing scopes for each release. I also worked on budgeting, estimating, forecasting, contract negotiations, SOW/PO creation provided a daily status report and tracked testing progress, maintaining the testing project plan, conducting status meetings. During Integration test acted as liaison between IT team, Business, and external vendors, coordinating BP’s, project team, outsource vendors, external vendors (GTN, TrueVue, ToolKit Vendors, IBM, and 3PL partners) to deliver new and enhancements to applications in support of strategic initiatives, and better serve the business needs. Defined QA process and testing documentation for each test phase. Communicating effectively with the Project team on testing delays, critical and non-critical issues. In addition to working full time on Projects, I was the sole administrator for the HP Quality Center (testing tool) for all of Gap’s project teams. Manage the QC mailbox and responding timely to project requests. Communicated closely with IBM, and HCL for server issues or downtime. A system, Integration, Performance, User Acceptance, testing of new and/or enhancements to the existing DC, Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain Applications in Client-Server/Mainframe/Unix/WEB environments with Oracle, DB2 databases.
