Ensure the safety of campers and visitors. Enforce Federal rules and regulations. Assist visitors with directions and inform visitors of programs occurring within our parks. Write tickets when necessary (after verbal and written warnings). I also conduct audits on contractors. I use computer programs such as Word and Excel. I fill out accident and incident reports when needed (pictures are always included). I also enter in warnings and tickets into a computer program called ORMS.

Filed case files accordingly. Worked frequently with Microsoft Word and Excel. Answered phones regarding new and current clients. Called clients every month to make sure they were okay and were getting the proper help they needed.
