Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to, providing quality oversight of the Global Study Operations (GSO) deliverables and staff (CRAs, CTAs and their LMs) in the Nordic&Baltic region, leading and managing the GSO FSP partnership for the Nordic&Baltic Hub, oversight of GSO resource planning, and leading and developing standardization & operational efficiency within the GSO function in the Nordic&Baltic hub as well as actively participating in and leading Amgen global work streams (e.g. SSU&Speed), Risk based monitoring, Innovative Study Design and Predictability metrics) to further strengthen the organization. Leading and facilitating the important cross-functional collaboration between GSO and the Nordic&Baltic medical teams to ensure continued strong relationships with KOLs and clinical sites. Responsible for providing direct line management of Senior Contract & Budget Associates (SCBAs) including development, performance management, and hiring new staff.

Project management of local clinical study teams. Identification of resource and team skill gaps as applicable to ensure successful delivery. Provides regular reports on study progress to line manager, global teams and stakeholders. Define study specific processes including study communication plans. Partner with medical colleagues to exchange site relationship information. Mentoring of junior colleagues.
