I am an experienced Trial Attorney, with over a decade of experience handling matters in the District and Superior Courts. My practice includes all aspects of criminal defense as well as family law. I was a Staff Attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division in Brockton for over ten years. While there I zealously represented indigent clients in both the Superior and District Court. During my career, I have tried several felony cases such as drug offenses, rape, robbery, assault, and murder. I have also represented a number of clients who were charged with driving under the influence, Chapter 209A restraining order violations and probation surrender matters. My divorce and probate practice focuses on counseling and representing clients in a variety of matters to include divorce proceedings, paternity actions, complaints for modification and contempt.I have also served as an advocate in the Children and Family Law (CAFL) Division, where I represented clients in child welfare matters, which include care and protection proceedings, children requiring assistance cases (CRAs), and actions to terminate parental rights.
