Assisted in customer dispute resolution.Department Manager (2004-2006):While attending college, I was promoted to the Lighting Department Manager. Tasks included assigning team responsibilities, assisting contractors with needs, as well as keeping a fully stocked and displayed light cloud. Also assisted with check-out, inventory, special orders, training, and deliveries.
