• Performing consolidation for the whole Group in conformity with IFRS (monthly).• Transformation of accounting data from Russian Accounting standards (RAS) to IFRS forseven business units of the Group (monthly).• Participation in quarterly preparation and issuing of the Consolidated Financial Statementsof the Group according to IFRS for three consolidation perimeters.• Analyses of the Exploration and evaluation assets for the whole Group in accordance withIFRS 6. Preparation of memo for auditors.• Participation in the implementation of the parallel recording accounting system for Fixedassets of the Group (1S-UH system) and developing solutions to make RAS accountingprinciples of the Group as close as possible to the IFRS standards.• Supporting RAS and IFRS audit in the all responsibility areas (quarterly).• Participation in implementation of the IBM system (COGNOS TM-1) in order to prepare IFRSreporting. Developing and testing the system in the all responsibility areas.• Supervising three business units of the Group for both RAS and IFRS accounting. Providingtrainings for employees from business units in order to present new approaches andmethodological solutions for RAS in order to harmonize it with IFRS accounting.• Calculation, analyses and controlling of the financial covenants for the Group in accordancewith the loan agreements (Group Leverage Ratio, Net debt, Tangible net worth, EBITDA). Review and approval of the new loan agreements in order to satisfy calculated financial ratios and covenants of the Group.• Developing and maintaining the register for all loan agreements of the Group.
